Business Analyst with Salesforce experience

Duration:
Fulltime Role
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, customization, reporting).
Strong understanding of CRM processes, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Exposure to integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica).
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process flows.
Salesforce Solution Design
Configure and customize Salesforce features (objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards).
Recommend best practices for Salesforce usage and optimization.
Project Execution
Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a bridge between business teams and Salesforce developers/administrators.
Prepare and present status reports and solution documentation.
Data & Process Management
Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
