High school diploma or GED required Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening Strong mathematical skills Strong organizational skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and contracts Exceptional time management and organizational abilities Excellent overall computer skills and familiarity with a variety of software programs Willingness to take a hands-on approach to personal development Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities throughout the day Prior sales experience preferred; inside sales experience is a plus Additional language skills are an advantage Physical Requirements Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and communicate by talking and hearing Frequently required to walk and sit Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
