Overview
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic corporate team in New York City. In this role, you’ll support a fast-paced marketing department and collaborate directly with the CMO, gaining hands-on experience across a range of initiatives. This is an in-office role based in NYC.
Responsibilities
Oversee marketing e-blast calendar and work with project teams to deploy email marketing campaigns daily
Coordinate, maintain, and update distribution mailing lists and contact database
Liaise with project teams for social media posts and draft copy approvals; coordinate and maintain internal social media calendar
Attend events for social media coverage, when in-person events occur with the appropriate health and safety measures in place
Generate new ideas for cross-portfolio marketing initiatives and assist the Marketing Specialist in tracking the performance of all marketing initiatives; provide reports and analysis-based recommendations to the internal CS team
Help design creative assets for various company-wide initiatives
Handle database of property advertisements and collateral pieces
Maintain vendor list for all CS new developments
Point person for requests from media outlets, industry vendors, and real estate brokers, scheduling vendor presentations to the marketing team as requested
Assist CS’s in-house Public Relations team by distributing company press daily
Upload to and maintain CorcoranSunshine.com and the New Developments section of Corcoran.com
Liaise with marketing and project management teams to assist with document preparation, property-specific web content, and maintain ongoing marketing events calendar
Provide regular administrative support such as meeting scheduling, generating documents, maintaining files and contacts and expense reports for the Chief Marketing Officer and monthly expense report support for Marketing Directors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Background in marketing, media, architecture, design, fine art, or real estate preferred
Ability to both handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and to interact effectively with diverse personalities across a hierarchical spectrum in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook required
Proficient in social media platform management, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn required
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) required
Strong sense of protocol and discretion appropriate to assist top level executives
