Full-Time Teller/New Accounts Representative . This Personal Banker position combines Teller and Personal Banker duties for a holistic experience for our customers. Our company culture supports customers in achieving their financial goals and dreams. Responsibilities
This position will train in Teller duties first and then train in opening new accounts. The duties are divided as follows. Teller Handle cash transactions and make appropriate decisions regarding negotiable instrument transactions, including verifying cash and endorsements, receiving proper identification, ensuring validity, and identifying counterfeit currency and fraudulent checks. Balance ATMs, all cash on hand, drawer activities, and daily totals. Ensure cash and coin are secured when not in use. Consolidate and balance daily transactions. Perform deposits, process loan payments, cash checks, and issue money orders and cashier’s checks. New Accounts Work with customers and prospects to build loyalty by uncovering financial needs and recommending products, services, and solutions. Open new consumer and business accounts. Own the customer experience including onboarding and resolving service issues. Conduct outbound sales activities such as meeting with local businesses and attending community events to increase visibility and drive business. Connect customers to loan, mortgage, treasury management, or investment specialists for specialized needs. Contact new customers by phone to follow up, ensure satisfaction, and address additional financial needs. Combined Engage customers in the lobby and over the phone to educate and train them to use self-service technologies. Comply with privacy policies to maintain confidentiality and information protection. Comply with all applicable regulatory rules and company policies. Complete and pass required regulatory compliance training as assigned. Perform any additional duties assigned by management. About You
Qualifications & Skills: Passion and drive to deliver an experience that improves customers’ financial lives. Excellent communication skills to build customer relationships based on trust. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs. Initiative, commitment to continuous learning, and adaptability to change. Ability to collaborate with others to achieve shared goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work location hours, including some evenings and Saturdays. Education, Experience, & Licenses: High school diploma or higher (required). Minimum 1 year of Teller or New Accounts experience (preferred). Minimum 1 year of cash-handling and customer service experience (required). Required Hours of Availability: Monday–Friday: may be required to work 7:45am–4:45pm or 9:00am–6:00pm. Saturday: Occasionally 8:45am–12:15pm. Location is closed on Sunday. Work Location:

Starting salary is dependent on relevant experience and geographic location.
