Overview The Vice President, Product Strategy is a senior leader responsible for defining and driving product strategy while ensuring successful adoption across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, data, and business operations—translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps while leading the organizational change required to realize value.

This leader brings deep product expertise but goes beyond product delivery—shaping operating models, influencing stakeholders, and embedding new ways of working to enable sustainable transformation. They will partner closely with executive leadership to align on priorities, drive measurable outcomes, and ensure that product innovation is effectively adopted across teams, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision

Define and lead end-to-end product strategy aligned to business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities

Translate strategic vision into prioritized roadmaps, epics, and measurable outcomes

Establish clear product principles, frameworks (e.g., DVF), and decision‑making models

Ensure product strategy is grounded in data, customer insight, and business viability

Transformation & Change Leadership

Lead change‑management efforts required to implement new products, platforms, and operating models

Define and execute change strategies across people, process, and technology

Identify organizational barriers to adoption and proactively design solutions to overcome them

Drive alignment across executive stakeholders, ensuring clarity on "what is changing" and "why it matters"

Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and iterative delivery

Operating Model & Ways of Working

Design and implement product‑led operating models (e.g., cross‑functional pods, agile delivery frameworks)

Establish governance structures, decision rights, and workflows to support scalable execution

Align product, technology, data, and business teams around shared goals and KPIs

Embed repeatable processes for prioritization, roadmap planning, and delivery

Stakeholder Leadership & Influence

Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, including Product, Technology, Marketing, and Operations leadership

Facilitate alignment across complex, cross‑functional environments with competing priorities

Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes in a clear, compelling, and executive‑ready manner

Lead workshops, alignment sessions, and decision forums to drive momentum and clarity

Adoption, Enablement & Value Realization

Ensure successful adoption of new capabilities across the organization—not just delivery

Define success metrics tied to business outcomes (e.g., adoption, efficiency, revenue impact)

Partner with teams to operationalize new tools, platforms, and processes

Develop enablement strategies including training, documentation, and change communications

Team Leadership & Capability Building

Lead and mentor a team of product strategists, fostering strong product thinking and business acumen

Build product and change‑management capabilities across the organization

Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning

Identify skill gaps and invest in training and development

Qualifications Core Product Expertise

10+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or digital transformation roles

Proven ability to define and deliver complex digital products and platforms

Experience translating business strategy into product roadmaps and execution plans

Strong understanding of modern product practices (Agile, dual‑track discovery, experimentation)

Change Management & Transformation Experience

Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale transformation or change‑management initiatives

Deep understanding of organizational change dynamics (people, process, technology)

Experience driving adoption of new platforms, operating models, or ways of working

Ability to influence behavior change across diverse stakeholder groups

Leadership & Communication

Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, actionable narratives

Experience working in highly matrixed, cross‑functional environments

Strong facilitation skills (workshops, alignment sessions, decision‑making forums)

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

Ability to balance long‑term vision with near‑term execution

Strong problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset

Experience defining KPIs and measuring business impact

Compensation Range: $159,695 - $255,645 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
