We are seeking a Part-Time
Graphic Designer
to support the Marketing team in creating and executing visual assets across all touchpoints.
This role requires a strong understanding of luxury aesthetics, retail environments, and hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with operational rigor and is comfortable working across both print and digital formats in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing & In-Store Collateral Design and produce a wide range of assets, including:
Flyers, brochures, invitations and e-invitations
In-store signage (POS, directional, promotional)
Product labels and retail supports
Restaurant menus and F&B materials
Ensure consistency with Printemps’ visual identity and brand standards
Adapt designs across formats while maintaining a high level of finish and detail
Adapt and enhance brand guidelines
CRM & Digital Assets Design and maintain:
Newsletter templates and CRM visual assets
Occasionally develop:
Social media templates (posts, stories)
Campaign visuals and assets for special projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with:
Visual Merchandising team
F&B team
Social Media Manager
CRM Manager
Events Manager
Broader Marketing team
Translate business and operational needs into elevated, on-brand creative output
Production & Vendor Management
Prepare and deliver print-ready files with full technical accuracy
Liaise with external vendors and printers
Oversee production timelines and ensure quality control
Ensure consistency between creative concepts and final execution
Skills & Tools
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Canva (for agile, templated content creation)
Strong expertise in:
Print design and production (bleeds, trims, color profiles – CMYK/Pantone)
Layout and editorial design (multi-page documents, menus, brochures)
Typography and visual hierarchy, with a strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of:
Print-ready file preparation and export formats
End-to-end production workflows
This is a 100% on-site role with no remote work, based at our One Wall Street corporate office.
