Institutional Investment Consulting Senior Associate. You will play a key role in supporting the range of investment services provided to a diverse range of institutional clients, collaborating with experts to build portfolios, evaluate asset managers, and analyze portfolio performance. You will support client leads or serve as a lead of your own based on your experience, knowledge, and skillset. This is a dynamic opportunity to develop deep industry knowledge while contributing to impactful client outcomes. What you need to have
A bachelor\'s degree from an accredited institution with coursework in business or investment-related courses 5-10 years of relevant investment experience Actively pursuing or already obtained the CFA, CAIA, CIMA, or CIPM designation Knowledge of performance calculations, risk metrics, and portfolio construction Self-motivated and effective in a highly collaborative team environment Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing, dynamic setting Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication, across both traditional and alternative investments Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and market conditions Adaptability and decisiveness Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint What makes you stand out

The applicable base salary range for this role is $88,000 to $176,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
