Overview
Under the supervision of the Branch Director of Operations, the Pool Manager will be responsible for the safety of all members during the hours of the pool operation.
The Pool Manager will also be responsible for the operation of the pool and ensuring the pool is operating within the set guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications
Previous pool management/supervisory experience required
First-Aid, CRP/AED required (can provide training)
Lifeguarding experience a plus
Current NJ Pool Director certification a plus
