We are seeking a Product Content Manager with deep knowledge of energy storage and a strong background in product marketing to lead the content strategy for Megapack, Tesla's B2B industrial energy storage product. As a key team member, you will shape how Tesla's industrial product suite is perceived in the market—developing compelling messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies that speak directly to utility, commercial, and industrial energy stakeholders. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Global Marketing to position Megapack as a market-leading solution across the project and customer lifecycle. A strong grasp of the evolving energy market landscape, particularly as it relates to renewables, distributed energy resources, and system flexibility, is essential.

What You'll Do

Manage product marketing content holistically including naming, positioning, crafting talking points, and outlining global campaigns.

Lead the execution of sales decks, brochures, FAQs, and technical white papers with the support of engineering, product, and design teams.

Partner with product and sales teams to develop and execute product launch strategies including creating content for launch events.

Collaborate with web, email, and video teams on product messaging and positioning across digital channels.

Ensure compliance with our global marketing and brand strategy across the market.

Measure and report the market impact marketing efforts are having on company goals and its quantifiable contribution to optimize ROI and efficiency.

Work with regional sales managers to customize marketing campaigns to drive sales regionally.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in marketing, with 3+ years in product marketing; experience in the energy industry highly desired.

Ability to craft clear, concise and engaging content that clearly communicates technical content to relevant audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with both analytical and creative teams.

Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing.

Experience in applying consumer insights to inform and optimize the product experience.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, SQL.

Deep passion for changing the way we use energy on the electric grid.

Expected Compensation

$112,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
