Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Assistant role located in Floyd, VA. The Marketing Assistant will support marketing initiatives by conducting market research, assisting with sales and marketing activities, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to communications strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating the company's social media, developing promotional campaigns and marketing materials, analyzing marketing data, and assisting with customer engagement efforts to support the organization's goals. Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze data effectively Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding support Background in Sales and Sales & Marketing, with the ability to assist in campaign execution Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency with marketing tools and software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred Experience in a cooperative or similar customer-focused environment is advantageous Apply by April 17, 2026 at: https://citizens.coop/marketing-assistant/
