Overview
Adobe Design is looking for a Product Designer to join our Document Cloud Generative AI team. You’ll work on products such as Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan that are ubiquitous in the lives and work of more than 600 million monthly active users and span across a multitude of surfaces and platforms. The Document Cloud Design team is known for innovation and has been recognized for groundbreaking work in AI-enabled document experiences. What you’ll do
Design. Create simple, user-centric experiences using sketches, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and Adobe Design’s UI design system.
Champion. Develop a strong point of view grounded in user research and data, advocating for user needs with clear, thoughtful solutions and stakeholder presentations.
Collaborate. Build positive relationships with design, product, and engineering to translate business objectives into product experiences.
Delight. Invent the future with solutions that are usable, useful, modern, and accessible.
Elevate. Create strong visual designs that uphold a high craft standard across web, desktop, and mobile products.
Deliver. Craft well-defined design specifications for engineering implementation.
Adapt. Stay curious in the rapidly evolving AI and technology landscape.
What you need to succeed
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in fast-paced creative environments
High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to communicate design ideas through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and motion/animation
Strong product design skills with the ability to think conceptually and strategically about business impact
A compelling portfolio that showcases exceptional UX and visual design and clearly tells the story behind your work
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with design, product, and engineering partners
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proactive ownership and accountability in driving work forward
Adaptability in designing for emerging technologies and evolving user experience patterns
Commitment to inclusive, accessible, and respectful design practices
Experience working with AI-powered features or products
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills: Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities
Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, including testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards
Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from IAAP) preferred

Expected Pay Range: The U.S. pay range is $101,200 – $201,950 annually, varying by location and experience. California: $139,400 – $201,950. Non-U.S. ranges and local variations may apply.
