We are seeking a high-potential Account Manager to lead our Gulf Coast territory. The Role: Strategic Ownership & Relationship Management As an Account Manager, you are the primary architect of your territory\'s success. Your focus will be on high-level relationship management and strategic growth, supported by a strong internal infrastructure.

Value-Based Growth:

Aggressively expand our footprint by converting competitive accounts. You will showcase our total value proposition—focusing on our safety record and technical superiority—rather than competing on price alone.

Strategic Relationship Management:

You will be the lead advocate for your customers, understanding their unique KPIs and buying motives to ensure long-term retention and margin health.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

You will lean on our dedicated Customer Service Representatives to handle order processing and logistics, and our Engineering and Field Service teams to provide technical support and on-site expertise.

Internal Networking:

Success in this remote, work-from-home position depends on your ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships across departments. You must be a proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively with operations and management from a distance.

Territory Planning:

Generate detailed business plans and SWOT analyses, maintaining a 3-year strategic vision for the Gulf Coast.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years B2B sales, technical/industrial selling & value-based selling experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelor\'s degree (B.A. or B.S.); technical disciplines are a plus.

Preferred

Technical Aptitude: Experience with complex contracts and index/formula-based pricing is preferred.
