Overview
CRM & Marketing Automation Manager
Cpl Marketing are recruiting for an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Manager for a Global Marketing Agency on a permanent contract on a hybrid model based in Dublin City.
Responsibilities
Review and assess legacy email campaigns, identifying key strengths and areas for improvement
Develop a wide range of email strategies across ecommerce, B2B, lead nurturing, newsletters, and more
Implement effective audience segmentation strategies
Maintain and manage customer lists and databases
Plan, design, and build automated flows and campaigns
Write compelling email copy and create engaging email templates
Oversee campaign performance, optimisation, and reporting
Stay informed on changes in the digital landscape—such as third-party cookie deprecation and data privacy legislation—and educate clients accordingly
Communicate strategy, project updates, and results to clients and internal teams
Identify opportunities for both new and existing clients to drive business growth through email
Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective clients
Requirements
4+ years of experience managing email campaigns and automations
Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo and its full platform capabilities
Experience with additional recognised email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, etc.) is an advantage
Familiarity with Google Analytics and dedicated email reporting tools
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
BSc/BA degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
Experience in other digital marketing channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO) is a plus
Previous experience in an agency environment is also considered a plus
