Overview
GRAPHIC DESIGNER — As a graphic designer at ddm, you will play a key role in crafting visually compelling and strategically aligned creative assets for a wide range of clients and campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through design, ensuring that each piece communicates effectively and reflects the client’s brand identity. Contribute to creative strategy Deliver creative concepting Creatively meet client marketing objectives Budget creative resources Manage creative vendors (print, video, photography, animation) Deliver amazing solutions on-time and on-budget Specific Duties and Responsibilities to Support Your Role
Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies to meet client marketing objectives Be comfortable working from start to finish on design projects, from high-level creative concepting to implementation of existing design standards Develop creative communications across all media Apply corporate brand standards across all media Manage vendors and outside resources to maintain brand consistency and quality deliverables Have experience with and possess a thorough understanding of print production Have experience estimating and budgeting creative time and resources Build strong, positive working relationships with ddm and client team members Maintain effective communication with ddm team leaders and other team members Generate creative ideas and concepts that align with project objectives Collaborate with clients or team members to understand design needs Use graphic design software to create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, and layouts Professional Skills + Qualifications Needed for Consideration
BA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other design tools a plus Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media Print and digital design experience with skills including literature, ads, large-scale trade show graphics and creative development of communications across all media Highly skilled at retouching and manipulating images in Photoshop Very strong with print, layout and infographics – corporate reports and brochures a major plus Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Ability to prioritize workload and manage a broad spectrum of tasks in a fast paced, deadline driven client team Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively in a team setting Reporting Structure
Reports to the Director of Brand Services DDM & EOS ENTREPRENEURIAL OPERATING SYSTEM
