Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a friends-first mindset. We provide training on the AEO Selling Model. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AELO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with the team to get the job done. Maintain integrity by adhering to AEO\'s policies and procedures. You\'d Be Great For This Role If
You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
