Inside Sales Representative

Major Frames is hiring a Sales Representative. This is a full-time, salaried, in-office position based in Oceanside, California. Major Frames is a wholesale eyewear company serving independent retailers across the U.S. We sell reading glasses, sunglasses, and display programs to gift shops, pharmacies, hospital gift shops, convenience stores, resorts, and other front-end retail businesses. We are looking for someone who can help grow and support wholesale accounts through prospecting, follow-up, relationship management, and day-to-day sales activity. Responsibilities include: Prospecting and developing new accounts Following up with leads and existing customers Supporting account growth and reorders Communicating clearly with customers by phone and email Staying organized and consistent with outreach and follow-up Working closely with our team from the office Ideal candidates will have: Strong communication and follow-up skills Good organizational habits Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships A self-directed, professional approach to work This is an in-office role and is best suited for someone who wants to be part of a hands-on, growing business.
