Role Description Responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Bristol, VA and Shallotte, NC location.s The Sales Manager will lead and develop the sales team, manage day-to-day operations of the dealership's sales department, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities also include cultivating relationships with customers, developing effective sales strategies, training and motivating team members, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in achieving long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Leadership, team management, and staff training skills
Experience in sales strategy development, goal setting, and achieving targets
Proficiency in customer relationship management and delivering superior customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze market data and drive competitive performance
Familiarity with the motorcycle or automotive industry is an advantage
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required
