Overview
A fast-growing global iGaming supplier is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow operator relationships across the US and Canadian regulated online casino markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience in an iGaming B2B account manager role to develop commercially within a high-growth, international business. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day account management activities, assisting with game launches and promotions, analysing performance data, and helping to build long-term operator partnerships. You will work closely with senior account managers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and excellent partner experience. Key Responsibilities
Support the management of operator accounts across the US and Canada under guidance from senior team members. Assist with account planning, performance tracking, and preparation of regular business reviews. Support game launches, ensuring correct game packages, positioning, and go-live execution. Help drive product adoption and visibility through promotional and marketing initiatives. Analyse KPIs, game performance, and market data to identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate onboarding activities for new operators and support ongoing account needs. Maintain accurate account documentation, reports, and internal updates. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver against partner requirements. Monitor competitor activity and share insights with the wider commercial team. Support senior colleagues at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as required. Requirements
1–2 years of experience in iGaming and account management. Strong interest in the regulated online casino and slots market. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline (advantageous but not essential). Willingness to travel regularly for partner meetings and industry events.
