Overview
Secure a sales career within the fence/building products industry. Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate works on the phone and at the branch counter to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products. Responsibilities
Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospect customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business. Call current customers by phone to generate orders for delivery on scheduled routes and inform customers of specials and promotions. Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs. Provide excellence with phone sales, computer entry, and customer-facing engagement. Take inbound calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner. Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support. Prepare job order quotations based on customer requests and information. Communicate by phone or email with customers from order through shipment. Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience. Excellent phone and customer-facing experience. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Decking/Railing experience is a plus. Computer literate with proficiency in MS applications (Excel required). Working With Us & Benefits
Competitive pay range $23.00 to $26.00 per hour. Quarterly bonus program and spiffs. Monday through Friday schedule (typical hours 8am–5pm).
