About the Role Join The Grout Medic of West Palm Beach as a Tile Setter, Grout Cleaning and Caulking Specialist, where you'll bring life back to tile surfaces with your skills and expertise. We are looking for passionate individuals to help deliver high-quality tile and caulking solutions to our valued customers in Wellington, FL.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and replace tile in residential and commercial settings.
Apply caulk and sealants to ensure waterproofing and aesthetic appeal.
Knowledge of grout types, sealers, caulks and overall knowledge of grout and tile restoration
Assess and prepare surfaces for tile installation, including leveling and cleaning.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Follow industry standards and best practices for tile setting and caulking.
Stay updated on the latest materials and techniques in the tile industry.
Requirements
Proven experience as a tile setter or similar role in the construction industry.
Knowledge of various tile types, installation methods, and caulking techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record
Clean appearance and professional demeanor
Must be a fluent English speaker - Required; the job requires tile specialist to be able to have discussions and work through issues in English with customers
Must be a US Citizen or have a valid work visa
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Located and living in Palm Beach County - Living in West Palm Beach/Wellington/Royal Palm Beach Preferred but not required
