Customer Service Representatives
to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll help bring nonprofit initiatives to life through
in-person engagement, community events, and grassroots campaigns —all while making a real difference in people’s lives. This is
not a call center job —there are no cold calls, no scripts, just genuine conversations that inspire action and uplift communities. About Our Organization

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the
public-facing ambassador
of the campaigns you represent. Your work will connect nonprofit partners with communities in a way that is authentic, inspiring, and results-driven. Core Responsibilities: Represent nonprofits at
fundraisers, community events, and outreach programs Engage with the public in a
professional, approachable, and genuine manner Communicate compelling messages about
social causes, nonprofit missions, and community initiatives Educate the public about nonprofit
goals, achievements, and ways to get involved Build long-lasting
relationships that encourage donor engagement and ongoing support Collaborate with your team to ensure
successful campaign execution Uphold our

No prior customer service or outreach experience is necessary—we provide
