Learn more about our benefits here. https://www.c2fo.com/amer/us/en-us/about-us/careers About the Role: The Senior Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in informing business strategy through advanced data analysis, performance measurement, and actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. This role is responsible for analyzing revenue, sales, and GTM performance data, developing dashboards and visualizations, and generating strategic recommendations that drive growth and operational excellence. The Senior Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. They are a key thought partner to Sales, Marketing, GTM, Revenue Operations, and leadership teams, with a focus on improving revenue generation processes, customer outcomes, and business efficiency. Analyze complex sales, marketing, GTM, and revenue data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor sales, revenue, and marketing performance and KPIs. Partner with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to support territory and customer targeting, sales compensation plan analysis, campaign measurement, customer segmentation, and ROI analysis. Build financial and forecasting models to evaluate Sales, GTM, and Marketing strategies and investment opportunities. Translate analysis into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders. Identify and execute automation and process improvement opportunities in data workflows. Conduct root-cause analysis and propose data-backed solutions for performance gaps. Support A/B and multivariate testing strategies and interpret test results. Stay informed on revenue and GTM analytics best practices, tools, and technologies. Support data governance efforts and help maintain high-quality data standards. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Analytical Expertise: Skilled in interpreting complex datasets and generating insights that drive business decisions. Business Acumen: Understands sales, GTM, and revenue operations concepts, financial modeling, and how analytics impacts business strategy. Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL (e.g. Redshift, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), Excel, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with DBT or other SQL-based transformational tools is a plus. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively with Sales Operations, marketers, engineers, product managers, and finance teams. Communication: Able to distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. Initiative: Proactively identifies areas for improvement and independently drives initiatives to completion. Travel Requirements:

This position is hybrid in Kansas City, allowing flexibility to work from home, which requires a reliable internet connection in a private setting, and from the office, which is a collaborative open-office environment with access to private meeting spaces as needed. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business analytics, statistics, computer science, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or GTM analytics, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a data-rich industry. Demonstrated experience using SQL and BI tools to analyze, report, and visualize data. Strong understanding of sales, revenue, and GTM KPIs (including sales compensation models, targeting/territory management), attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and campaign performance metrics. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate results clearly to stakeholders. Familiarity with AI-powered tools or automation concepts to support efficiency and analysis. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) Familiarity with business loan products, credit risk analysis, or financial services data models. Experience documenting processes and contributing to data quality/governance initiatives.
