Assistant Director of Alumni Experiences

will play an important role in delivering high-impact programming and events that connect alumni to the College and to each other. Responsibilities

Bring opportunities for connection to life through events like reunions, homecoming, alumni council, and more. Develop engagement strategies and implement them to foster community building that is positive, open, and rich in shared experiences and backgrounds. Plan events from concept to inception; collaborate with colleagues and volunteers to deliver memorable event experiences. Build and nurture relationships with volunteers and partners to support successful programming. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. At least five years of experience in event or program management. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings with strong organization, flexibility, and teamwork. Demonstrated ability to build relationships, connect people, and ensure attention to detail contributes to a high-quality experience. Technology and Onboarding

Our technology suite includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Advance, email marketing tools, Jira, and Slack. If you bring solid Microsoft Office skills, we will teach the rest of our software programs through a tailored onboarding plan. Most importantly, you’re excited to roll up your sleeves and join your Alumni Relations colleagues in doing their best work. Location and Work Arrangement

Dartmouth’s campus is located in Hanover, NH. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with a combination of onsite and remote work. We’re looking for someone within commuting distance. About Dartmouth and EEO
