Overview We are seeking a dynamic marketing associate specializing in home health services to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and build relationships with referral sources for our St. George office. This role will focus on innovative and consistent outreach strategies that solidify referral sources for both our private duty nursing and intermittent lines of business. This role will cover both the St. George and Cedar City areas. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven and determined marketer who is passionate about making a difference by highlighting our commitment to our mission of letting care and quality of service lead the way to the rest of the healthcare community.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabs, group homes, government health agencies, school district boards, and other healthcare partners

Educate referral sources on home health services including pediatric private duty nursing, skilled nursing visits, CNA services, and therapies

Coordinate closely with clinical team to determine staffing availability and appropriateness of referrals

Represent Amazing Care with professionalism, integrity, and warmth

Participate in strategic growth initiatives aligned with patient-centered care

Attend community events to increase brand awareness

Foster a sense of community for patients, employees, and referral sources alike

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Requirements Additional Gas Stipend Provided

Experience in home health or healthcare marketing preferred

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and accountable

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Familiarity with performance marketing strategies and metrics

Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize efforts

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent follow-up skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
