Job Descirption Enfinity is looking for a
Sr.
Real Estate Associate/ Land Acquisition
based in
Italy .
The candidate will be responsible for scouting, analyzing, negotiating, and signing land for developing renewable energy projects, including PV solar installations and storage solutions.
Tasks will include:
Mapping suitable areas to identify landowners.
Visiting the identified areas to assess their suitability and understand the context.
Meeting landowners, negotiating, and signing land agreements.
Engaging with municipalities to verify the public authority’s position on the project and to negotiate and finalize municipal conventions and related agreements.
Managing and expanding a network of external site finders and technicians to support business growth.
Carrying out community engagement activities aimed at building positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders, improving project acceptance.
Performing funnel preservation activities, ensuring the continuity and quality of the project pipeline throughout the origination and permitting phases.
The activity will be carried out in coordination with other departments such as the Origination team, Project Development team and the Legal team.
The candidate will work within the Real Estate team, supporting business through lead generation and contributing to other projects as needed.
This opportunity offers strong career development potential. Candidates will manage multiple small and large projects simultaneously, in cooperation with other team members based in Spain and Italy.
The candidate should be able to resolve conflicts, communicate effectively internally and externally, feel comfortable travelling, working in a team environment, and be willing to put in extra effort to coordinate activities across global time zones.
Additional responsibilities:

Managing and expanding a network of external site finders and technicians.
Conducting community engagement activities with local communities and stakeholders.
Negotiating with municipalities to secure conventions and administrative agreements.
Executing funnel preservation activities, maintaining project pipeline quality and continuity.
Writing and reviewing project reports and proposals.
Maintaining consistent, professional communication with stakeholders.
Supporting site visits and inspections of sites, projects, plants, and relevant authorities.
Coordinating with other teams and understanding technical feedback.
Interfacing with clients to discuss results and risk mitigation.
Availability for frequent business trips within the assigned area.
