The Automotive Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling vehicles by understanding and effectively demonstrating their features and benefits. This role includes developing customer relationships, qualifying buyers, and closing sales transactions. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers on the sales floor and identify their vehicle preferences. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in showroom or on the road. Recommend optional equipment and upgrades to customers. Research availability of vehicle models and options. Consult with Sales Manager to finalize sales pricing, financing options, and trade-ins. Prepare necessary paperwork including sales slips and credit applications. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operation, warranty, and documentation. Maintain and develop a prospect database for potential buyers. Stay informed about new product features, accessories, and inventory updates. Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required. Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures. Meet or exceed sales targets and forecasts. Physical Requirements
Frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally required to handle or reach for objects, and perform movements such as climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Regularly standing, talking, hearing, walking, and sitting are needed for this position. Potential exposure to exhaust fumes and airborne particles. Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. About Next Mile Hub

High School diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR). Ability to read and interpret business materials, professional journals, and technical procedures. Strong communication skills, including the ability to write reports and present information clearly.
