The Digital Video Content Associate supports the production of Vibe Check, ESPN’s female-led studio show, streaming on Disney+. This role plays a key part in creating dynamic, culturally relevant sports content that lives across digital and streaming platforms. The ideal candidate is highly creative, collaborative, and fluent in both sports storytelling and the evolving digital media landscape. Must have ability to work nights, weekends, holidays.Responsibilities:Edit high-quality longform and shortform video content for Vibe Check across Disney+ and ESPN digital platformsCollaborate with producers and on-air talent to develop, write, and refine scripts and segment ideasDesign visually compelling graphics optimized for a modern, social-first audienceConduct research using media asset systems to source footage and support production needsPitch and develop creative content ideas that align with Vibe Check’s voice, tone, and audienceShoot video content in both studio and field environments, including events and remote productionsDeliver multimedia elements on tight timelines with accuracy and attention to detailWrite engaging titles, descriptions, and thumbnails to maximize content performance across platformsUse performance data and audience insights to inform and evolve content strategyProvide thoughtful, constructive feedback and contribute to a collaborative team environmentCommunicate effectively across production, editorial, and cross-functional teamsBasic Qualifications:Strong knowledge of sports culture, with an emphasis on current storylines and emerging voices in women’s sportsProficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and graphic design (Photoshop)Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to take ideas from concept through executionDeep understanding of digital and social platforms, including YouTube and short-form ecosystemsExcellent communication, organization, and time management skills in a fast-paced production environmentAbility to adapt quickly and positively to changing production needs and timelinesFamiliarity with ESPN programming, brand standards, and audiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphicsHands-on video production experience, including camera operation, lighting, and audioExperience producing or editing content for streaming platforms or studio-based showsRequired Education:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Education:Bachelor’s degree in broadcasting, communications, journalism, or a related field#ESPNMedia
