We are looking for a Partner Account Manager who understands the digital agency world. If you know how agencies think, how they make money, and how to help them grow their business by selling our solution, this is the role for you.
The Role: Agency Consultant & Channel Growth Engine
As a Partner Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of our Agency Partners—these are digital marketing agencies, web dev shops, and MSPs who use and resell accessiBe.
Your job is not just to check in. Your job is to be a business consultant. You will teach your partners how to weave accessibility into their service offerings, helping them drive more revenue while making the web inclusive. You are the engine that helps our partners go from having 1 client on accessiBe to having 100.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Enablement & Education (Teach to Fish)
The "Virtual Chief Accessibility Officer": You will train agency teams (sales reps, account managers, and developers) on how to pitch and position accessiBe to their clients.
Resource Arming: You’ll ensure your partners are armed with the right white-labeled decks, email scripts, and marketing assets to sell accessibility confidently.
Objection Handling: You’ll help agencies navigate tough questions from their clients regarding compliance and legal risks, serving as their back-pocket expert.
Drive "Sell-Through" Revenue
Portfolio Expansion: You will aggressively look for "white space" within your partners' client lists. If an agency manages 500 websites but only has accessiBe on 50 of them, your job is to close that gap.
Joint Selling: You will hop on calls with your partners to help them close big deals with their end-clients. You are their "closer" support.
Pipeline Management: You will maintain a forecast of potential deals coming through your partner channel, keeping your CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
Relationship Management
Trust Building: You will build deep relationships with agency owners and directors. You want to be the first person they call when they land a new web build project.
Strategic Planning: You’ll act as a strategic advisor, showing agencies how adding accessiBe to their retainers increases their own sticky revenue and client satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table
The Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partnerships, or working at a Digital Agency (as an AM or Strategist). You need to "speak agency."
The Business Acumen: You understand the agency business model (retainers, billable hours, project scopes). You know what motivates an agency owner.
The "Hunter-Farmer" Hybrid: You are great at nurturing relationships (farming), but you have the hunger to drive new revenue numbers (hunting) by pushing for that next sale.
The Presentation Skills: You are comfortable leading a Zoom training for 20 sales reps or pitching to a CEO.
The Resilience: Agency life is fast and chaotic. You can match that pace and keep your partners focused.
