This role will focus on research, workshop facilitation, and delivering strategic content roadmaps to senior stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand visibility across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven channels. You Will: Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including stakeholder interviews and user surveys to inform strategic content direction. Author high-level content strategies, reports, and workbooks that guide messaging, positioning, and digital experience improvements. Develop content templates and sample pages that act as best-in-class examples for structuring scalable, high-quality content. Translate complex, technical subject matter into clear, accessible, and user-friendly content aligned to appropriate reading levels. Facilitate collaborative workshops to align cross-functional stakeholders around a unified digital and content strategy. Serve as a strategic partner to clients, delivering presentations and recommendations with clarity and confidence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and development to ensure content strategy is integrated across the full lifecycle. Provide mentorship and peer review support to elevate overall content quality and strategic thinking across teams. Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, including both traditional SEO and emerging AI/GEO strategies. You Have: 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or SEO/GEO, ideally within a client-facing environment. Strong experience conducting research and translating insights into actionable content strategies. Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience developing content frameworks, templates, and guidelines that support scalable execution. Comfort working with data and analytics tools to inform recommendations and measure performance. Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders or executive audiences. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align competing priorities. Strong curiosity and adaptability, particularly around evolving AI-driven search and content trends. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or similar environments is preferred. Logistics: Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP and ongoing Hours/Week: Starting at roughly 5 hours per week in May and building to 30 hours per week in July Onsite/Offsite: 100% Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (Must be based in the US) Laptop/Software Requirements: Client is Mac-based.
