
Junior Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support the creation of design and production solutions across a variety of media, including digital, social, web, and print. Working within the Brand team, this role contributes to creative projects with accuracy and attention to detail while collaborating with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams. You will support the development and execution of brand campaigns and creative assets, help bring ideas to life across multiple channels, and gain experience throughout the full design process, from concept through launch to performance tracking.
This role is open to applicants located within USA (East) as well as Toronto and Vancouver, Canada. In this role, you will report to the Senior Digital Designer.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Support the creation of design assets for social, email, web, digital paid ads and print-based projects with defined objectives and strategies. Ensure designs are on brand and aligned with our brand purpose
Collaborate with team members on creative projects and contribute to meeting project timelines
Assist with the design process from concept through to final production, receiving feedback and direction from senior designers
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the execution of creative campaigns across channels
Share design work with team members and incorporate feedback during project reviews
Help prepare and finalize design files for production and delivery
Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Work collaboratively with the design team and independently on assigned tasks as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design
1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, or relevant internship experience, with a portfolio showcasing social media, web, mobile and print projects
Design presentation decks and visual storytelling materials to support internal and external presentations.
Fully proficient in MacOS
Proficiency using Adobe CC with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience creating designs that work across desktop and mobile formats
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS
Working knowledge of UX/UI strategies and processes
Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques and technologies

Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs

Certificate or courses in UX/UI Design
Experience or familiarity with tools like Unbounce and landing page design is an asset
Interest in learning about performance metrics for brand and content
Exposure to B2B marketing or SaaS environments is an asset

$53,100 — $74,300 CAD
US Pay Range For This Role
$54,600 — $76,400 USD
