The Opportunity
Securis is hiring a Growth Marketing Generalist to help expand our marketing capabilities as the company continues to grow. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and data‑driven decision making. This is not a narrow specialist role. Instead, you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of modern B2B marketing, including content creation, analytics, social media, campaign tracking, events, and sales enablement. Our marketing team is lean, fast‑moving, and built around execution. We build, test, measure, and refine constantly. In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with the sales team to support initiatives that increase brand visibility and strengthen pipeline growth. A key part of the role is learning how to use AI tools effectively as a force multiplier for modern marketing. You will experiment with AI‑assisted workflows to produce content, analyze performance data, and accelerate execution, while continuously improving output quality.
This position is ideal for someone who is energized by building and experimenting with new tools and ideas. You should enjoy using AI to amplify your thinking, not replace it, and be excited about finding smarter ways to work. The right candidate is curious, analytical, and motivated to test ideas, study results, and refine strategies. What You’ll Work On
Content & Brand Execution
Write and publish AI-assisted blog content (4–8 articles per month)
Manage social media across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
Create graphics, videos, and marketing assets using Adobe tools
Build and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns
Develop sales enablement materials and marketing collateral
AI-Driven Marketing
Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and marketing workflows
Refine prompts and processes to improve content quality
Support the development and management of AI-assisted outreach programs
Analytics & Reporting
Build marketing dashboards and performance reports
Track campaign attribution inside Salesforce
Analyze marketing performance and identify areas for improvement
Events & Trade Shows
Help coordinate logistics for 4–6 trade shows annually
Manage vendors, materials, and shipping for events
Support booth preparation and event messaging
Assist with lead tracking and post-event follow-up workflows
Success in Your First 90 Days
Learn Securis services, buyers, and messaging
Begin publishing blog content and social media posts
Assist with marketing dashboards and campaign reporting
Support upcoming trade show preparation
Launch initial landing pages and campaign tracking

Qualifications
1–3 years of marketing experience (B2B preferred)
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience using AI tools to improve marketing productivity
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM platforms
Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Experience using Adobe design tools or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
