Director, Advisor & Platform Marketing Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Tampa, FL Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 / year Description The Director, Advisor & Platform Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of Concurrent’s advisor marketing programs and platform marketing initiatives. This role is highly execution-oriented and sits at the center of marketing delivery, advisor support, internal coordination, and vendor management. This role partners closely with Investments, Planning, Operations, Retirement Services, Technology, Practice Synergies & Enterprise Consulting, Business Development, Compliance, Finance, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Marketing & Public Relations to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered consistently, compliantly, and at scale. The role combines marketing leadership, content packaging, workflow management, and advisor-facing marketing support, including hands-on coaching and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Advisor Marketing Execution Manage advisor-facing marketing programs, tools, and services across the platform Oversee execution of advisor marketing deliverables including collateral, digital assets, pitch decks, social content, campaigns, and event materials Scope, prioritize, and manage advisor marketing requests in alignment with platform standards and capacity Coordinate advisor access to approved platforms, templates, and vendors Ensure all advisor marketing materials align with brand and compliance requirements Monitor third-party vendor performance and ensure timely delivery within scope Platform Marketing Support Support execution of firm-wide marketing initiatives in partnership with Corporate Marketing & Public Relations Assist with advisor conferences, platform events, and strategic initiatives from a marketing execution perspective Coordinate timelines, materials, and deliverables across internal teams and external vendors Support campaigns tied to business development, recruiting, and platform growth Assist with thought leadership creation and packaging aligned with leadership messaging and firm priorities Marketing Operations & Project Management Manage marketing intake, workflows, prioritization, and delivery timelines Track dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives Maintain visibility into active projects, workloads, and utilization Identify execution gaps or bottlenecks and escalate appropriately Vendor & Partner Management Coordinate with external agencies, designers, videographers, and marketing vendors Ensure vendors understand scope, timelines, and platform standards Track vendor performance, deliverables, and service quality Support invoice review and budget tracking where applicable Compliance, Brand & Governance Coordinate compliance reviews for advisor-facing and public-facing marketing materials Ensure adherence to SEC, FINRA, and firm marketing and advertising standards Maintain documentation of approvals and final deliverables Escalate compliance or brand risks appropriately What We’re Looking For Highly self-directed, organized, and execution-focused marketing leader Strong judgment with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Comfortable operating in fast-paced, regulated environments with competing priorities Strong communication skills, including remote collaboration Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to brand and compliance standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience working in or with financial services or wealth management firms Experience in marketing operations, marketing management, or agency coordination Experience supporting client-facing professionals in a regulated environment Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing external vendors or agencies Marketing Tools & Platforms Experience with or ability to quickly learn tools commonly used in the wealth management industry, including: CRM & automation: HubSpot, Salesforce Advisor marketing platforms: FMG or similar solutions Design & asset tools: Canva, Adobe InDesign Video & media platforms: Vimeo, YouTube, Riverside, Adobe Rush, CapCut Social & executive visibility: LinkedIn, Instagram Productivity: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, PDF tools Collaboration & events: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ON24 Website platforms: WordPress and similar CMS tools Location / Schedule This position will work in our Tampa, FL office.
