This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in general marketing activities, social media management, and coordinating employee events. The ideal candidate should also have exceptional eye for photography and videography, with the post productions skills to edit and manipulate such.Responsibilities* Manage and create content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.* Capture high-quality photographs and videos for use in marketing materials and social media content.* Monitor and report on social media engagement metrics and campaign performance.* Plan and execute internal employee events, ensuring every detail is covered for a successful outcome.* Plan and coordinate logistics for conferences, symposiums, and industry events* Coordinate with external vendors and partners for events and marketing initiatives, including catering, photography, media/press, tradeshow services, customers, and strategic partners.* Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure cohesive and consistent content creation.* Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed.Required Experience:* A junior or senior student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant technical degree* Minimum of 3.5 GPA* US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance* Experience in photography and videographyRequired Skills:* Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.* Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual media.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe suite a plusRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
