What You’ll Do Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, and patient flow Support and supervise front office and clinical support staff Create a welcoming, smooth experience for patients from check-in to discharge Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and practice compliance standards Manage EHR systems, office supplies, and overall workflow efficiency Help problem-solve patient concerns with professionalism and care Build relationships with local physicians, referral partners, and community organizations Coordinate community events, networking, and outreach opportunities Help manage social media, website updates, and online reviews Develop simple marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals and brand awareness Track referral sources and support practice growth goals What We’re Looking For 2+ years of medical office management or healthcare administration experience Strong communication and leadership skills Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Comfortable balancing administrative tasks with relationship-building Healthcare, business, or marketing background preferred This is more than an office role — it’s an opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, compassion, and community impact.
