This role ensures employees across all locations receive clear, consistent, and on-brand messaging that reinforces organizational objectives and keeps teams informed and aligned. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with an eye for design, a good instinct for audience, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Content Development* Write, edit, and proofread internal communications including announcements, newsletters, memos, and leadership messaging.* Develop content that supports company initiatives and operational updates.* Tailor messaging for different audiences and communication channels (email, intranet, digital signage, etc.).* Ensure all content aligns with organizational objectives, tone, and brand standards.Program Coordination* Assist in planning and executing internal communication programs from concept through delivery.* Maintain a communications calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.* Coordinate with other departments to gather information and align on messaging priorities.* Track communication program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and engagement data.General Support* Assist in managing internal communication platforms and distribution lists.* Support leadership with communication preparation for company meetings, town halls, or announcements.* Identify gaps in communication flow and proactively recommend solutions***Required Skills/Abilities:**** Excellent written communication skills — clear, concise, and adaptable to different audiences and formats.* Strong attention to detail in editing, formatting, and brand adherence.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.* Comfortable working across departments and communicating with all levels of the organization.***Education and Experience:**** Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Journalism, Marketing or an elated field required.* 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a related role.* Experience in a multi-site operations-focused environment is a plus.* Experience with intranet platforms, or internal communication software preferred.Express Wash Concepts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or genetics.#At Express Wash Concepts (EWC), our rapid growth is creating exciting new opportunities — and we’re looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our team.
