We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and elevate brand-level marketing initiatives across the Caring Transitions franchise system. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive lead generation though local strategy, and directly support franchisee growth and success at both national and local levels.
The ideal candidate brings experience in multi-location or franchise environments, with a strong balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and the ability to coach and influence franchise owners. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable marketing systems that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Growth
Lead the development and execution of local and national marketing strategies aligned with brand growth, revenue, and expansion goals
Ensure consistent brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
Partner with leadership to align marketing initiatives with system-wide performance objectives
Franchisee Marketing Enablement & Coaching Serve as the primary marketing partner to franchise owners, providing guidance, coaching, and actionable support
Translate national strategies into effective local marketing execution, ensuring brand consistency and compliance
Develop and implement scalable marketing playbooks, toolkits, and resources
Lead marketing training, webinars, regional calls, and best-practice sessions to drive adoption and performance
Actively coach franchisees on local marketing planning, execution, and performance optimization
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, paid media)
Drive qualified lead generation to support franchisee revenue growth
Continuously analyze and refine campaigns based on performance data and insights
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners
Collaborate cross-functionally with Franchise Development, Operations, and Coaching teams
