About the Role Jenkins Auto Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing and Technology Operations Coordinator to support the Director of Marketing and Technology. This role will help improve communication, reporting, and campaign coordination across all dealership operations and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Pay based upon experience. Must be able to commute 2-3 times a week to other Florida dealership locations, must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, be insurable by company liability, Florida driver's license, and work on Saturdays occasionally.
What You Will Do Reporting and Performance Tracking Pull and organize marketing and sales performance reports with training provided
Standardize reporting formats to ensure consistency across all locations
Maintain reporting calendars and meet deadlines
Identify missing information or inconsistencies and follow up for resolution
Campaign Coordination Coordinate communication between dealership leaders, vendors, and internal teams
Track campaign timelines to ensure timely launches
Follow up consistently to prevent delays
Provide clear status updates to leadership
Website and Quality Control Oversight Review dealership websites for common quality control issues
Flag errors and coordinate corrections
Ensure consistent presentation across locations
Vendor and System Support Build professional working relationships with marketing and technology vendors
Learn dealership management systems, customer relationship management platforms, inventory tools, and advertising platforms
Assist with system access approvals and coordination
Support inventory feed tracking and troubleshooting
Administrative and Organizational Support Schedule meetings and maintain structured communication workflows
Organize digital files and documentation
Track open tasks and ensure follow-through
Proofread marketing and search optimization content for clarity and accuracy

Deliver clean, consistent, and reliable reporting
Help launch marketing campaigns faster by improving communication
Reduce website errors and inconsistencies
Improve response times from vendors and store leaders
Create better organization within the marketing and technology department
