Industry‑leading performance‑based bonus program Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Traditional and Roth 401k Tuition reimbursement for associates Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child 1‑month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 1‑week paid volunteer leave each year 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 100% paid 12‑week maternity leave A DAY IN THE LIFE Coordinate with VP of Marketing to provide marketing support for sales and business development efforts for the various ARCO business units Oversee marketing activities for construction projects in progress Independently develop responses for project pursuit requirements including prequalification questionnaires, proposals, client presentations and associated collateral materials Independently perform focused industry research Collect and update project profiles and team member resume content Coordinate with VP of Marketing to develop and execute business unit specific objectives and key results plans Manage database of prospects and customers for communication targeting Plan events including but not limited to project groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings Interface with customers to coordinate creative service offerings including press releases and property marketing collateral Effectively present information to Business Unit leadership Coordinate tradeshow and industry and broker/developer association involvement and events NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field from four‑year college or university 5+ years related experience developing technical sales proposals and supporting graphics – A/E/C industry experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Proficient writing and editing skills Excellent organization and project management skills Ability to manage budgets MAKE YOUR MOVE ARCO is a premier, full‑service design‑build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
