
Marketing Intern

Position Summary
Assist the Marketing Department under the direction of the Brand Managers. Intern will be working with the Sales Operations Manager and President on activities.
Internship Dates
Internship Intended Dates: April, 2026 to September 2026. Subject to change.
Essential Functions
Managing website updates, supporting social media, and assisting Bella with critics. The role would report to Bella.
Assist the Sales Operations Manager and other team members with trade, critics, and press.
Coordinating social media posts.
Support data collection and market research to inform the development of marketing initiatives.
Audit current brand assets.
Update Brand Presentations.
Remote Office Hours
8:30am to 5:00pm (flexibility)
30min lunch before 5th hour of work.
Additional Functions
Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and procedures. Participate in safety training and report all unsafe conditions or work practices.
Participate in team efforts and perform additional duties as needed.
Perform as positive, professional ambassador for Boisset Collection at all times, including maintaining professional appearance and dress standards.
Language
Ability to speak and understand basic English required for all positions. Ability to read and interpret documents such as memos, instructions, policies and manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to present information effectively to groups of customers and/or employees, and participate in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
Math
Ability to calculate items such as discounts, commissions, simple interest, percentages, areas, circumference, and volume.
Ability to understand fractions, ratios, and proportions.
Logic
Ability to apply common sense understanding to a variety of tasks and duties.
Ability to adapt to minor changes in routine, solve basic problems, and work with moderate supervision.
Computer
Possess intermediate computer skills which can include e‑mail, internet, word processing, spreadsheet, basic database activity, graphic arts and/or publishing.
Must have knowledge of Outlook, Publisher, Word, and Excel.
Education, Experience, Certificates, Licenses
Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2‑year college or technical school; or 6‑12 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current, valid Driver’s License, insurable driving record, and proof of current automobile insurance required.
Physical Requirements
Moderate physical activity performing occasional somewhat strenuous activities including standing, walking, climbing, reaching, and carrying. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach, handle items, and work with the fingers. Requires lifting and moving objects up to 40 lbs. in weight. Clear vision (close and distant) and ability to adjust focus. Hearing adequate for telephone, office, and group conversation.
Primarily in a well‑lighted, heated and/or air‑conditioned indoor setting with adequate ventilation. Periods required in an un‑heated indoor setting (wine cellar) with changing conditions. Periods outdoors while conducting tours or moving between buildings, or hosting outdoor events. Moderate noise levels typical of public space: music sound system, public conversations, telephones/cell phones, large groups.
Schedule and Travel Requirements
Variable schedule: primarily a set schedule but may require weekends, periodic evenings, and/or periodic or seasonal overtime.
Position does not require overnight travel. May require travel by auto to consumer events or other Boisset locations.
