This role oversees all of the business’s online activity, including the website, social media, email marketing and paid media. We are looking for a highly commercial digital marketer who understands that the website is a critical sales channel and a key driver of business growth and profitability. This is a strategic, data‑led role where performance analysis sits at the heart of decision‑making. You will be responsible for assessing results, identifying opportunities, and developing new strategies based on proven performance. Budget management and return on investment will be central to your success, with a clear focus on allocating spend to the most profitable channels for the business. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset who can balance creativity with analytical rigour, contributing fresh ideas while remaining focused on measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Devise and own an annual digital marketing strategy aligned to business objectives and sales targets, driving online revenue and supporting gallery sales Produce daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking website sales and the effectiveness of each marketing channel Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimised to deliver the strongest financial return Continually improve website performance, increasing key metrics such as conversion rate, average order value and basket completion, working closely with the E‑Commerce Manager Manage paid media across all channels, including social and search, ensuring budget is invested in the channels delivering the best ROAS Oversee social media activity across paid and organic channels, working with the Design team and Digital Marketing Executive to ensure content is on‑brand and commercially effective Oversee the planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Design team and Digital Marketing Executive Manage third‑party partners including Shopify partners and SEO agencies, ensuring expectations and deliverables are met Put clear processes in place to ensure the timely production and delivery of digital marketing campaigns Lead and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a high‑performance, results‑driven culture Stay up to date with digital marketing technologies, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency Monitor market trends, competitor activity and changes in consumer behaviour to inform and shape strategy Required Skills & Experience Strong strategic and commercial mindset Highly analytical, with experience managing budgets and revenue‑generating channels Creative eye for detail with a strong understanding of brand consistency Please be aware that this is a full‑time office‑based role.
