Already generating strong early traction, the company has achieved seven-figure ARR with an exceptionally lean team and a perfect win rate in competitive deals. With a growing global pipeline and ambitious expansion plans, they are now hiring their first dedicated sales leader to build and scale the commercial function from the ground up.


The Opportunity


This is a true founding sales role.


You will own the entire revenue function, from first outreach through to closing six-figure enterprise deals, while building the foundations of a scalable sales organisation.

Working directly with the founders, you’ll shape go-to-market strategy, define the sales motion, and play a critical role in the company’s growth trajectory.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing enterprise deals
  • Selling into banks, fintechs and regulated financial institutions
  • Building and refining the sales playbook, processes and GTM motion
  • Partnering closely with the CEO on pricing, packaging and positioning
  • Developing a predictable, data-driven pipeline alongside the GTM team
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to influence product and strategy
  • Hiring and mentoring future sales hires as the team scales


What We’re Looking For


  • 4–8 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, SaaS or AI
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure enterprise deals
  • Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Highly commercial, resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong presence with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build, not just sell
