Summary of Job Description: The Technology Asset Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of our company's technology assets, which encompass hardware, software, and subscription services. This position ensures the entire lifecycle of technology assets is optimized and accurately tracked, while also managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and service maps to support restaurant and enterprise operations. Job Responsibilities: Manage and define the hardware lifecycle, ensuring that all records are precise and complete. The lifecycle includes planning, procurement, receipt, tagging, deployment, maintenance, transfer, recovery, refreshing, and disposal of hardware. Consolidate asset data from the Enterprise Asset Management system and other sources into ServiceNow, collaborating with various departments to identify and integrate asset information. Oversee software entitlements, license management, and compliance for major publishers and core applications. Facilitate vendor audits and internal reviews by ensuring all evidence is accurate and readily available. Govern subscription-based software and SaaS, keeping an updated inventory of subscriptions, including contract terms, renewal dates, costs, and usage. Collaborate with procurement, finance, and service owners to anticipate renewals and minimize unnecessary expenditures. Establish Configuration Item (CI) classes, naming conventions, essential attributes, and lifecycle states that align with IT operations' needs, ensuring data quality and CI relationship integrity. Act as the functional owner for ServiceNow IT Asset Management and CMDB capabilities, including requirement gathering, enhancement intake, testing, and ensuring successful adoption. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in IT Asset Management or related IT operations, including hands-on experience with ServiceNow. Preferred certifications: CAMP, CSAM, CHAMP, and ITIL. Commitment to ongoing training and skill development. Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment. Pay Range:

M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual. Individual pay is determined based on various factors, including location and experience. Panda Strong since 1983:
