Overview
Regional Sales Manager - Southern California for Windsor Windows & Doors, a division of Woodgrain Millwork. Windsor manufactures wood, vinyl and cellular PVC windows and patio doors and serves the new construction and replacement markets.
Job Summary Windsor Windows & Doors has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager to cover Southern California. The region is positioned for aggressive growth and the role focuses on securing new business and increasing market share with builders, architects, and new accounts. The ideal candidate would reside in Southern California, somewhere between San Diego and LA.
Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development of Existing Accounts: activities include joint selling, product training, PTQ training, development and implementation of account plans, and working with builders and architects to promote Windsor products.
Business Development with New Distribution: conduct a market analysis to determine A, B, and C players and secure distributors as long-term, revenue-generating partners with Windsor; onboard them to generate revenue quickly.
Strengthen current and new customer relations.
Visit customers independently.
Prepare and implement a sales plan with customers.
Meet established sales goals for the assigned region.
Other duties as assigned by Divisional Sales Manager.
Requirements
Four-year college degree preferred
2-5 or more years of experience doing similar work with a window manufacturer or millwork distributor
Proven success at establishing and growing a customer base
Good presentation and communication skills
Travel This position requires travel and occasional overnight travel.
