Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Design develop and implement Lightning Web Components LWC for dynamic and responsive UI experiences Write high quality Apex code including Triggers Classes Batch Apex Queueable Jobs Future Methods and other asynchronous operations Build scalable and reusable components that align with Salesforce best practices and governance guidelines Implement solutions leveraging the Salesforce Platform Lightning Experience Flows Data Model customization APIs Solution Design Architecture Translate business requirements into technical specifications and highquality Salesforce solutions Optimize code performance ensure governor limit compliance and maintain system stability Participate in design reviews code reviews and optimization sessions Integration Customization Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST SOAP APIs and platform events Build secure and scalable integrations that support highvolume use cases Leverage Salesforce tools Data Loader CLI Deployment tools for deployments and operations Quality Testing Delivery Develop unit tests with ?75% coverage ensuring reliability and compliance Troubleshoot issues perform rootcause analysis and resolve production incidents Work within Agile sprint cycles and contribute to grooming planning and retrospectives Soft Skills Excellent communication abilities for interacting with clients and technical teams Strong analytical and problem solving attitude Ability to work in fastpaced environments with shifting priorities High accountability and commitment to code quality
