We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Lead Corporate Recruiter to share our talent strategy and bring incredible people to our organization. You’ll partner with leaders, help build and own full‑cycle recruiting for our support center, lead metrics, and create an unforgettable candidate experience—all while driving hiring excellence across the business. Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruiting for key corporate and leadership roles. Develop and refine the strategy and structure for the Imagen Dental corporate recruiting model, including the service model. Source top talent using innovative, modern recruiting methods. Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, strengthen sourcing, and improve recruiting outcomes. Interpret market data and use insights to guide strategic conversations. Build and maintain strong, proactive talent pipelines. Support broader initiatives, including process improvements and talent acquisition innovation. Mentor recruiting leads and recruiters to elevate team performance. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience in fast‑paced environments. Proven success supporting professional and leadership hiring. Strong sourcing skills and experience with modern recruiting tools. 3+ years supporting senior leaders and influencing decisions. (directors and VP) 2+ years of experience pulling, analyzing, and presenting labor‑market data to hiring managers to drive strategy. Experience using AI tools to streamline work, enhance sourcing, and optimize recruiting outcomes. Successfully leading initiatives or process improvement projects Preferred Qualifications: Experience using ICIMS. School relationships within the Scottsdale area. Team leadership.
