ROOFING SERVICE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Our service division is a key part of that growth. We're building long-term client partnerships through responsive repairs, proactive maintenance programs, and the kind of follow-through that keeps clients coming back. This role is central to making that happen. What You\'ll Do
Develop and manage client relationships across your assigned service accounts Evaluate steep-slope roofing systems including shingles and tile to identify repair and maintenance needs Prepare detailed repair estimates and service proposals for clients Coordinate service work and leak investigations with field technicians and contractors Respond to client service requests with timely communication on scope, scheduling, and progress Promote preventative maintenance plans and service agreements that extend roof life and build recurring revenue Document roof conditions with photos, measurements, and inspection notes to support repair scopes Track all client interactions, service requests, and project activity using CRM platforms Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service coordination and project execution What You Bring
3+ years of experience in roofing, construction, or a related field Hands-on experience with steep-slope roofing systems including asphalt shingles and tile Experience preparing estimates or coordinating service and repair work Strong communication and client relationship skills with a problem-solving mindset Familiarity with CRM tools and service workflow systems Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Experience with roofing inspections, leak diagnostics, or preventative maintenance programs is a plus Construction industry experience in a client-facing role is a strong advantage What We Offer
