Job Summary
Manpower is seeking a skilled
IT Support Technician
to join our client's team. In this role, you will install, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software systems. You will also provide hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure smooth daily operations.
Pay : Starting at 28.50 Experience required : Min 2 years of like experience. Schedule : 4-5 days per week. Location : On-site -(NOT REMOTE)
Key Responsibilities
Install or assist with the installation of hardware and peripheral devices (monitors, keyboards, printers, disk drives) at client or user locations. Load, configure, and maintain software packages such as operating systems, word processing programs, and spreadsheet applications. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network-related issues. Provide instruction and support to users regarding equipment, software, and technical documentation. Respond to system and network inquiries, diagnosing concerns and guiding users through solutions. Collaborate with network users to identify improvements or adjustments needed for optimal performance. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized network management tasks. Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining network security systems. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Experience:
1-2 years of related IT support or technical experience. Skills & Competencies
