Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components and Apex to design, develop, and optimize large-scale Salesforce applications. The role requires building secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders. Requirement/Must Have:

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) for UI development. Deep expertise in Apex including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods. bility to perform live coding evaluations in LWC and Apex. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, best practices, governor limits, and security model. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Lightning Web Components for dynamic user interfaces. Write high-quality Apex code including triggers, classes, and asynchronous operations. Build scalable and reusable components aligned with Salesforce best practices. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions. Optimize code performance and ensure compliance with governor limits. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and optimization sessions. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and platform events. Develop secure and scalable integrations for high-volume use cases. Utilize Salesforce tools for data management, deployment, and operations. Develop unit tests ensuring required coverage and system reliability. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents. Work within Agile methodologies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Should Have:

Experience with advanced Salesforce platform capabilities. Knowledge of AI-related features within the Salesforce ecosystem. Exposure to data platforms and data unification concepts. Familiarity with DevOps tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of enterprise CRM processes across sales, service, or marketing domains. Skills:
