The Marketing Department is a lean, high-impact team responsible for driving enrollment, building brand awareness, and telling the Neumont story across all channels. The

Content Marketing & Campaign Strategist

is a critical addition to this team, primarily responsible for developing creative content, leading integrated marketing campaigns, and advancing Neumont's brand strategy. This role works closely with the VP of Marketing, graphic designer, and social media coordinator to ensure consistent, compelling marketing across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate thrives in an energetic, tech-driven environment, skillfully balancing competing priorities with confidence and efficiency. This is an on-site role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Content Creation

Write persuasive, on-brand content across channels: web, email, ads, landing pages, viewbooks, and more. Develop copy that speaks to prospective students, parents, and partners, adapting tone and format by audience. Own the editorial calendar in partnership with the VP and social media coordinator. Ensure all content reflects a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint. Campaign Strategy & Execution

Build and manage integrated marketing campaigns from brief to post-mortem, including enrollment, awareness, and event-driven campaigns. Partner with the VP on campaign goals, KPIs, and budget recommendations. Coordinate with the graphic designer and social coordinator to ensure cohesive campaign delivery. Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable improvements. Brand Development

Champion and evolve Neumont's brand voice, messaging framework, and positioning. Develop and maintain brand guidelines for content and messaging. Identify opportunities to strengthen brand differentiation in a competitive higher ed market. Consult internally to ensure marketing materials across departments stay on-brand. Video Content (Bonus, Not Required)

Concept and script short-form video content for social, ads, and web. Coordinate or contribute to video production whether that's directing shoots, editing, or both. Identify video opportunities that bring the Neumont story to life. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Executes all duties in a timely and professional manner. Seeks opportunities to promote a collegial, educational environment throughout the campus. Sustains cordial, professional relationships with all students, staff, parents, and community members. Is eagerly involved in the Neumont community, even outside of regular business hours as needed. Is a team player and willingly collaborates with others. Attends company events and activities. Abides by the policies outlined in the Neumont Employee Handbook. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications. Proven copywriting portfolio demonstrating work across multiple formats and channels. Demonstrated experience owning and executing a marketing campaign end-to-end. Strong understanding of brand voice, messaging strategy, and audience targeting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast-moving team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in higher education, admissions, or enrollment marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), or email marketing tools. Video scripting, production, or editing experience. Experience in or passion for technology and innovation industries. SCHEDULE:
