Job Description
As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in equipment movement for a major manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for uncrating and placing machinery used in battery manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Unload, load, and unstuff cargoes from trailers or shipping containers.
Uncrate, crate, unpack, pack, and move cargoes using manual or powered hand tools and material handling equipment.
Relocate and roughly set cargoes to designated locations on the production floor using tools such as manual toe jacks, manual skates, dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
Essential Skills
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Must have or be willing to obtain an OSHA 10 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in operating forklifts, gradalls, or other lifts is a plus, but not required.
1+ year of construction or physical labor experience.
Ability to walk 10+ miles per day.
Ability to bend, crawl, and walk multiple times throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Soto, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
